The dental treatment process in our clinic begins when a patient registered at the front counter. The staff will ensure the patient complete required forms and consent. Patients will be queue and be called into the surgery room once their turn is up. Examination and treatments will be done by our dental officer. Next appointment will be given if there is any further need of treatments to be done. Any medications or dental products will be dispensed at the front counter. Billing with receipt will be issued, and payment can be done by patient via cash, online transfer or bank cards at the front counter.

Our clinic always ensured sanitization and sterilization for every patient from the chair towards the instrument usage. We use disinfect solution and autoclaving for our instruments. The disinfect solution and autoclaving through scientifically research able to destroyed many types of harmful bacteria, viruses and fungi.
